September Star, Inc. is a licensed Philippine overseas placement agency, with POEA license No. POEA-096-LB-032612-R) authorized to recruit, process and deploy land based workers to any country in the world including special markets like Taiwan, and Japan. The special entertainment market for Japan is covered by Accreditation Certificate No. 99-059-11 (SI). Not all licensed overseas employment agency are authorized to supply these special markets.
Five dynamic young businessmen established September Star Inc. in October 25, 1993 with concentration in providing the manpower needs of land based clients. The company supplied skilled and unskilled workers. By April 1994, the Hon. Nieves Confessor, Secretary of the Dept. of Labor and Employment, approved the company’s license application.
The company has, since then , successfully renewed its license in 1996, 1999, 2002, 2004, 2008 and 2012. This exemplifies the company’s valuable contribution to the furtherance of the Philippine governments’ desire to obtain valuable and legitimate employment for the Filipino workers.
One of the company’s founders is the current President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jose Renato C. Masonsong. The President is considered an expert in both marketing and operations in practically all-major aspects of the overseas employment industry as can be discerned from the company’s authority to transact with both standard and specialized markets. Because of this the company has earned a decent reputation for providing its clients with the right worker at the right time and in the right quantity.
